Bible Study - Equal in His Sight
In every community, there is some sort of pecking order. It may be based on how much money a person makes, or maybe the style of clothing they wear, or how good they are at a certain sport. Whatever it is, some small group will almost always be treated better than the others. As you probably already know, this leaves the remaining group feeling dejected, hurt, and worthless. While people do pick favorites inour world, it is a pleasure to know that God does not. He loves every person exactly the same. In Deuteronomy 10:17, the Bible states this: "For the LORD your God is the God of gods and the Lord of lords, the
great, the mighty, and the awesome God who does not show partiality nor
take a bribe." Acts 10:34 says this: "I really understand now that to God, every person is the same." Every person is the same. Think of the "best Christian" you know. God loves you just as much as he loves that person. Alright, now think of the baddest person you know. God loves them just as much as he loves you too! So do you know what that means? God loves you the same huge and awesome love that he loved Jesus with. How awesome is that! (That's the grace of God and the power of the cross right there!) You know what else it means? That even the really strange kids in your school are loved equally by God, so we should treat them with the same love that you would treat anyone else. As you go about your day today, when that kid in your algebra class asks if the teacher is going to assign homework, remember that God loves them just as much as he loves you. I challenge you to love others the way that God loves them, the way that God loves you.
BIBLE STUDY - Mercy
If there is anything we should be grateful for in this life is mercy, or grace. Weather we know it or not, its something we all want. We might not admit it. Even might feel like we don't deserve it. But God is full of grace and mercy. What a better example? In Luke 15, starting in verse 11, Jesus tells The Parable of the Lost Son. In the story Jesus illustrates the grace of God. Even in our day to day lives it is hard to show mercy. See what it says in Luke 6:35-36 "But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful." The big part is the last sentence or last verse. Even though, that girl at school really gets on your nerves or some kid wont stop following you. Hey, just show them some mercy. Maybe they just need a friend. God has shown us grace in more ways than we know. In 1 Timothy, Paul is talking to Timothy about the grace of God in his life. Chapter 1:13-14 "Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus." Wow. Knowing what a man Paul was and then who he became to be is amazing. And it was all through the mercy of God. Then the next tow verses, 1:15-16 "Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life." Even in the old testament God is showing mercy. Micah 7:1 "What misery is mine! I am like one who gathers summer fruit at the gleaning of the vineyard; there is no cluster of grapes to eat, none of the early figs that I crave." The rest of the chapter talking of horrible things that have come over Israel. But in 7:7 "But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me." So think on that. How today, can you show mercy in a situation. Just remember that God has always got your back.

BIBLE STUDY-Fearless
There is one thing in this world that every person wants. Control. Sometimes the desire for control can completely consume a person. We just want to take care of our own problems, and make sure they are taken care of.We want to be tough, and bear our burdens. Now this is all well and good for a while, but there are some things that we just cannot handle in our own. Sure, we like to think that we can, but we can’t really. Even with little things, like if you are having trouble understanding an algebra concept, or if you’re sick on the day of a district track meet, youfreak out and stress about the entire thing. In Mark 10:27, Jesus says to his disciples “with men, it is impossible, but not with God: With God all things are possible.” What a relief, right? God can do anything! But will he? God’s word says in Isaiah 43:4, “Since you were precious in My sight, You have been honored, And I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you, And people for your life.” We don’t have to worry, because we have a great big God who can do ANYTHING!!!!! Think about that. ANYTHING!!! And he LOVES us! He turned water into wine! He fed 2000 people with just two fish and five loaves of bread! He raised Jesus from the grave! And yet we worry that he won’t help us when our friends turn their backs on us, or when our grades are plummeting like a skydiver without a parachute. He LOVES us. He will not let you flounder and fall. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 So don’t be afraid! No matter how big and scary your situation is, God is bigger than it! Like a LOT bigger! Also, remember Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.” So today, and everyday, when the scary things come your way, remember that God is bigger than those things, and you can do all things through Him. You are fearless warriors through Christ.

BIBLE STUDY - The Great Commission
Today the Bible Study is about what God has called us to do. If you are a christian or have been raised in the church you've probably hear about the great commission. After Jesus had resurrected, just before descending to heven He said what we know as the great commission. It's in Matthew 28: 18-20, Jesus gives His disciples authority to spred the word of God. Being children of God we are called to do the same. He has put authority in us by sending the Holy Spirit. When Jesus died on the cross the curtain in the temple was torn as in Matthew 27: 50-51. That represented that we could all have direct access to God.
Think on this:
God sent his only son to die so that we can be his sons and daughters. Then He gave us the Holy Spirit and authority over the world. Why should we not do what God has asked us to do. Lets not let Jesus die for nothing.
Verses:
"Then Jesus came to them and said, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.'" - Matthew 28: 18-20 (NIV)
"And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.
At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks split." - Matthew 27: 50-51 (NIV)
